I never told you that I was at the 'spring 2012 collection' of Jil Sander in Milan a copple of months ago.Great fun, me and my lovely sister!It was the first time I left my little boy for a week-end with his daddy!So little little little!!!

Well,here are some pictures...the show was amazing! So 50's , so elegant, Raf Simons is a genius!I would buy every single piece of this collection!!

Hi there, have you had a good week-end?
Mine was relaxing, with the family...
Friday I did a a very important thing...I cut my hair!
Yes for me it is always a big event. I wear since always very long year...but since friday...tatatatat...just under my shoulders!
I love long hair but I really wanted something new and with Gianmaria I don't always have the time to dedicate to my hair...so I've choosen for this cut! I will post soon some pictures...In the mean time, I show you some images of 'how I can easily wear my hair now'.

A new year , a new begin and new ballerinas!

Today I start again with regular posts!

I miss you all so much and even if I really don't have a lot of free time , I WANT absolutely to post on my blog.
I can say that since the birth of my little boy, now 10 months, things changed. I spend all my time with him. He is my life! But now, even if I have to post late at night, I will do that!

So girls, I'm back and full of energy and I hope to see you here again!

Well, to start a good year I bought myself imediately a present, ;-)
new ballerinas, and I have to say that I adore these pretty french Repetto!

Hi there,
I'm back!
Mu summer was, is (because the weather here in Italy is still HOT)fun! The family and friends that came to visit us are back at work in Belgium and so real life is back again also for me!
My little boy is so sweet and 'oh so a good boy'!He is sleeping now...my angel!
The Summer Jamboree was amazing as always .Great fun, beautiful people.(soon some pics)
Now I'm working at the new Greetzfromtiz collection that I hope it will be ready for november! Later more about it!

Have you seen the Miu Miu winter collection? I adore it!!

While my little boy is dreaming in his cradle near me , I write to you...
Isn'it a beautiful day, today?! Here you can smell the spring! And this weather makes me feel so happy, I want yet change my wardrobe and put away all the wool sweaters and start to dress colourful,just like the fantastic dresses of deliglam!These are all gorgeous!!

This is Gianmaria, the most beautiful prince of the world, he was born the 2 nd of March, (the same day as his daddy!!!!). A little wonder of 3,650kg. There is nothing more beautiful for a woman , I think, than this.
I'm completely in love with him.

I can't express our hapiness, the day of the arrival of this little boy (still without a name) is coming closer and closer! Here I show you some pics, the first is his room, almost finished, we are attending the paper pompoms!!
Me and Alessandro, so happy for this little wonder! And my ohhh sooo lovely new Vanessa Bruno xxl bag, with all my things in for the hospital!
My parents brought me this present a few days ago.They went for the week-end in Paris and this bag was the surprise! I'm so happy with it! The colour is absolutely my favourite! Adorable!!

What a busy week....many sad things happened these days: first broke my iron, than the washing machine, after that the HEATING!!Finally everything , except the iron, works again. UFF...in the mean time I spend my time between courses prepartum and medical visits. Ohh I need a very relaxing week-end!

Fortunately a little wonder this afternoon...look what arrived today...

The Leander Cradle!! So sweet isn'it! I can't wait to assemble it and to put it in his adorable room...When everything will be finished I will show you the result!

waiting for our baby!

Like you already know, me and Alessandro are having a baby. Just 2 month and we will be in 3! Waauuhh, so exciting! We are very relaxed, maybe too much ;-) because we have to buy everything yet and even his room is waiting to be decorated and mobiled...

The only thing I did yesterday:I bought some poms on etsy because I loved this pictures and I hope to recreate the same atmosphere. Obviously the colors are different...all kind of blue for our little boy!

friday love: lovely brooches made in Italy

It's a long time, I know! But the days are too short for me now!
In the mean time, my belly is growing, I'm in my 7th month now and it feels so good!
Well I will do my best to post some lovely things these last weeks of 2010... starting with today!
This brooches are very original! Vintage bottons used to create these adorable button-owls. I like it so much when vintage things are reused! Simply fantastic.
It's also a lovely Christmas idea, girls!!
So these brooches are all unique numbered pieces and all handmade,realized exclusively with vintage buttons.

Colourful Christmas ideas

Every year I tell myself:'this year I will start very early with the research of lovely and original Christmas presents.' But it's impossible!! Every year I'm searching the last days for presents and sometimes I just buy things, even if I'm not so enthusiast about it.
So today I started my little resarch on the web and I 've found this Italian 'Miho' brand that is very colourful and ecofriendly. I like it a lot!Even for the little baby's room this could be a lovely idea.;-))

I especially like the birdhouses, I think these are so adorable!

My sister bought for our little 'coming soon' baby a lovely creation of Anne-Claire. She is an artist from holland and here you can see some of her works.The lovely thing is that a great deal of the crochet work is done in Asia. A warm bond has grown with various communities living in the countryside, where the women have passed on their handiwork techniques for many generations. Thanks to the crochet work they do for anne-claire petit accessories, the women are able to generate an income throughout most of the year - something from which the entire village benefits.

I don't know exactly what she bought, because she is going to send it to me, but I'm sure that I will love it!!Thanx zusie!!

Our wardrobe still hasn't arrived and I'm a little bit sad for that because all the clothes are now a little bit here and a little bit there...ppffff!!I have to be patient,I know.

Our lovely house!

Hihi, here I am again! So happy to be here with you and to share some pictures of the house!
I love this little house, I really do. I feel it so mine!

We are still waiting at the kitchen cupboard and kitchen sink (fortunately we got a fantastic dishwasher)...but in the mean time we resolved it in this way...

As you can see, there is still a lot of work to do. But I'm glad we arrived here! The first days were hilarious, now it's going much much better!

Hi there, how was your week? Mine was full! yesterday we've had signed the contract of our new house.
The appartement where we are living now, is really cute and so nice with a wonderful sight on the sea. But it's too little, now that the family is growing. So we decided to rent a house, of the 60's, very vintage! We will move the 1 of november. So now we are searching for some new furniture. It will be fun but also hard work!!

Yesterday the doctor told us (and we saw it ;-))) that we are expecting a boy!

It's so exciting. A sweet little boy. It's so strange, thinking that day by day this little man is growing in me. The feeling is incredible. I'm so curious to see his face!

We are really having a special time of our lifes, full of emotions. So good!

Hi Girls,
since a few days I'm in Belgium for a visit to family and friends that's the reason of my absence.
It's so fun here,the weather is good these days, I ate the best Belgian fries (I adore!!!) and I did some shopping for the baby that's coming. But it's so difficult because I still don't know if it's a boy or a girl so this makes the choice difficult. There are so funny little clothes but everything is or pink or really 'boy colours'! So I have to wait and in the mean time only buy ...white!

Back for a new start!

It's the 2 th of September and it's about time to start again blogging!
The vacation is over, the summer jamboree is over, back at work and back at you!I hope you had all a beautiful summer. I did but I'm so glad to be back again at my regular life! I want to share a lot of new things with you. As you can see my etsy store is open again with my little 'GreetzfromTiz'collection. I hope you like it! Please let me know what you think about my items!

I made these little assessoires: purses, caps, turban-hat (this is my favourite), scarfs and jumpers.These are all inspired by real vintage patterns. Everything is made in Italy. What I like is that you can make a combination because I used the same colours so that you can combine the scarf with the bag or the jumper with the turban hat etc.

But the real news is:

Now I want to tell you a very beautiful, important and so exciting news. With the greatest happiness I announce that Alessandro and me are expecting a baby. I'm about 15 weeks pregnant now. The little baby is growing well and I'm so curious to see him or her!What a joy!!I'm going to become a mother at the end of February! These sensations are amazing!

Well I was gone for a long time but as you can see I came back with beautiful surprises! ;-)

So girls, welcome back and I hope you'll enjoy my posts!

Like you already know, I'm a big fan of the Summer Jamboree. This year I'll have my own stand on this fantastic event! Every day from 18h- 01h there will be a very big vintage market and so I'will be there! That's why I'm working so hard and also the reason of my irregular blogging over the last weeks. So I will sell my little own collection, vintage inspired women clothes and my vintage founds. I'm so excited about this! The day that I'll have everything ready I will show you all the things that I made. Some jumpers, little hats, bags, skirts, t-shirts with 50's details...I hope you will like it!

One of the guest stars of this year at the Summer Jamboree in Senigallia is the legendary guitarist James Burton. Since the 1950s, Burton has recorded and performed with a lot of stars like Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, John Denver, Gram Parsons, Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Costello, Joe Osborn, Roy Orbison, Joni Mitchell and much more. A Victorian Lady for 1 day

Projected back in time.
For the first time in my life I felt like a princess.
These pictures ar made by a very talented friend of mine, Anna. She is a cosplayer. She is the maker of this beautiful Victorian-style dress and also the potographer of these pictures. Her site:here

It was the first time for me and I was not sure to do this but she was convinced that the dress was perfect for me and so I could not say ,no! But I'm glad. She is a fantastic young lady with a lot of talent.

The pictures were made in Loreto, a little town here in The Marche, known for the beautiful church and according to tradition, the Holy House situated here, was carried by angels from the Holy Land to Loreto (Italy).
That'a why in 1910, Our Lady of Loreto became the patron saint of pilots, because of the tradition of the house's flight from Nazareth.

It so strange to write about parasols and I 'm not such a lover of very hot weather but here in Italy it's getting frustrating, only rain rain rain! At the design week in Milan, I fell in love with these carpets designed by Ilaria Innocenti. I adore this collection of handmade carpets, made with wool from sardinian sheeps, with sardinian craftwork technique and sardinian peolple.
I think these are very ironic and so new. I like the old fashioned designs, like this lamp and the colours are very vintage!

Design Week: Milan

I spent a very interesting week-end in Milan at the design week. All kind of furniture in the whole city. Just amazing. Classic, innovating, ecological...everything! From the bigs of the design like Cassina, Vitra, Cappellini,Corbusier, Frau etc. to young and new designers. So many beautiful things, it was really fantastic.

How was the week-end? Mine was excellent,friday we went dancing.I'll post about this later.
