my weekend and the braids

Happy Monday!
How was your week-end? Mine very relaxed...
No Winter Jamboree...no partys...My sweet dancepartner was feeling bad, so we decided to stay at home with our friends.
But I had braids, ;-))!
So I show you my saturday hairstyle, very easy...Sidebraid and vintage hat!
(yes I know, I'm not good in these self portraits!)

The Braids Project

The hairtrend of this year is the side braid.
I have to admit that I very often use this hairstyle, since I was little. It's strange to see that this is now the hair trend.
I love braids, in all kind of ways. Often my mother makes me 2 french braids and then I but these together in a simple bun. Everytime I did my hair in this way I get a lot of compliments at work...so you know what... everytime I got braids I will make a pics and show it to you, ok?
I will call it :The braids project ;-)

today I was intentioned to make a post about vintage weddings (I'm into romance these days)...but during my search for pictures I saw the photo of Marcello Mastroianni.

A real man. Handsome. Fantastic actor. A real Italian proud.

I adore him in 'La Dolce Vita' but I think that the 'couple' Matroianni-Loren is the top!! So, I just wanted to share with you this real Italian man ...


Ok... ;-) back to the vintage weddings...some lovely couples and beautiful dresses...A lot of peolpe that I know will marry this year, so maybe this can be an ispiration for them!

It's about time to restart with regularity! All the festivities are over and so back to normal life!
This year I start with design and art!
What do you think about these vintage furniture transformed into design art with light by Lee Broom ?
I prefer this armchair, it's a limited edition , only 10! A vintage chair with 75 led bulbs. Strange but not bad ,don't you think?
