Every morning a new, little surprise.

This is the result when my man wakes up earlier than me...I always find a little surprise near my breakfast. Sometimes a little note, sometimes inventive 'creations' with the things that he finds in the kitchen or frech fruit in lovely cups,...this makes me smile.

A feminine touch: Peplum

The peplum jackets and dresses are still so chic. This overskirt became popular in the 40's but came back in the 80's and it's still a beautiful touch today.

asking for some sunny weather

It so strange to write about parasols and I 'm not such a lover of very hot weather but here in Italy it's getting frustrating, only rain rain rain! There is nothing more beautiful to wake up with the sunlights that come trough the window. It's fantatsic to start the day having breakfast outside and I... want to buy a beautiful parasol!

I love this one so much!Where can I find such a vintage umbrella?!
